Barry founded MCS Group in 2008 with the goal of raising industry standards, enhancing client service, and bringing a values-driven approach to specialist recruitment. With more than 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Barry previously built a successful 15-year career in specialist recruitment, holding senior leadership roles with an international recruitment firm and serving as a Partner in an executive search firm.
