Chris Busby

Chris is Associate Director for IT Recruitment, leading senior appointments within technology across Northern Ireland. Alongside working on senior roles, Chris leads MCS Group’s tech inward investment projects and supports high-growth technology clients as they scale across Northern Ireland.

Relationship-driven, Chris has built a strong network and is active in MCS Group’s meetups. Over the past 12 months, he has organized and led MCS’ Build Better series, a closed networking group for tech leaders in Northern Ireland.

Having joined MCS Group in 2013, Chris previously worked as a butcher after graduating with a Master’s degree in Modern History from Queen’s University Belfast.

A proud father of two boys, Chris spends most of his free time with them, alongside his interests in music (a keen vinyl collector), food (an aspiring sourdough baker), and craft beer.
