Djay Erskine

Djay Erskine is a Specialist Recruitment Consultant at MCS Group, having joined the business in August 2025. He focuses on IT talent, supporting organisations by identifying and engaging professionals from junior through to principal level. Djay works closely with candidates to understand their technical capability, career direction and motivations, helping to connect them with opportunities that align both professionally and personally.

Djay specialises in the IT sector, working with developers, DevOps engineers, QA professionals and business analysts across a broad mix of organisations, from scaling technology businesses to established enterprises.

He has built a strong network within the IT community and is known for his consistent, proactive approach to sourcing, alongside sharing practical market insight with both candidates and hiring teams.

Prior to joining MCS Group, Djay studied at the University of Edinburgh, where he earned a BSc.

Outside of work, Djay enjoys playing sport and staying active.
