Fran Coyle

Fran is Compliance Manager at MCS Group, where she oversees recruitment compliance and operational processes across the business. Since joining MCS Group in 2012, she has held a variety of operational roles, progressing from reception and office management into compliance leadership.

Fran is responsible for ensuring the business maintains the highest standards in data privacy, quality management, regulatory compliance, and internal governance. She also leads compliance training across the organization, helping teams stay informed and aligned with best practices. Working closely with consultants and internal teams, Fran helps ensure the business operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

She has played a key role in supporting the organization's quality and environmental management initiatives, helping maintain internationally recognized management system standards and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Before joining MCS Group, Fran worked as a chef, building experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. That background developed her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities—qualities that continue to shape her approach to compliance and operations.

Outside of work, Fran enjoys cooking, experimenting with new cocktail recipes, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
