Gary Hanley

Gary is Senior Vice President of the US Talent Strategy and Recruiting at MCS Group delivering strategic talent solutions for organizations.

Gary is an accomplished leader with over 15 years’ experience in Workforce Planning, Global Expansion and Offshoring and Global Business Services. Over the past 20 years, he has worked with hundreds of organizations as a trusted advisor to access global talent delivering solutions to manage risk, reduce costs and access skills across financial services, technology and business services sectors.

Gary is a part-time lecturer at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies teaching the Ms. in Global Studies and International Relations and is a mentor at Northeastern’s Center for Technology Management and Digital Leadership.

He has been recognized amongst the Top 100 Most Influential Irish Business Leaders by Irish publication Business & Finance, the Top 100 Irish and Irish American Business Leaders by Irish America magazine. A frequent public speaker, Gary often moderates C-suite panels on global talent strategy and best practices in global workforce planning.

Prior to joining MCS Group, Gary held various leadership roles in sales, marketing and operations at Invest Northern Ireland, EMC, Baltimore Technologies, GTE and Sun Microsystems. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland as well as a Master of Business Studies from the National University of Ireland at Galway and resides outside Boston Massachusetts.

 In his spare time Gary enjoys time with his family as well as combing travel with golf and music concerts.
