Are you an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant with a deep understanding of the Lumber & Building Materials (LBM) or construction supply industry? We're hiring for a client-facing role that blends implementation leadership and post-go-live support.

This is a hybrid role that requires someone who can manage project scope, lead cross-functional ERP rollouts, and deliver ongoing value to customers; driving both strategic outcomes and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ERP implementation projects: discovery, planning, execution, and go-live support.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams to define requirements and manage expectations.

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions by working closely with the development team.

  • Conduct testing, documentation, training, and handover of custom functionality to both internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • Deliver application training (finance/accounting modules especially) to client users and internal consultants.

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients by leading workshops, solving implementation challenges, and proactively managing risks.

  • Provide hands-on post-launch support and participate in escalated issue resolution when necessary.

  • Ensure proper documentation, time tracking, invoicing, and client readiness at each project milestone.

Ideal Background

  • Experience in ERP implementations, for LBM clients, especially within the financial ERP space.

  • Deep domain experience in LBM, construction supply, or distribution sectors.

  • Familiar with ERP platforms such as Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

  • Skilled in client engagement, conflict resolution, and driving adoption through effective communication and training.

  • Able to juggle project scope, budget, and customer expectations while delivering exceptional service.

Why Join?

This is an opportunity to lead impactful digital transformations in a fast-evolving industry. You'll work with forward-thinking clients and be part of a collaborative, high-performance team that values accountability and innovation.
