The Role
As an Application Support Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across a wide range of business processes, including Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence, and Supply Chain Management modules.
You'll handle complex support cases, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide customers through solutions while collaborating with internal teams. You'll also contribute to knowledge sharing and play an important role in ensuring customer success during go-lives and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support to customers, resolving complex ERP and business process issues.
- Guide and mentor team members on troubleshooting and escalation processes.
- Contribute knowledgebase articles and support content development.
- Participate in go-live handovers and serve as a dedicated contact for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve solutions and customer experience.
About You
You're a problem solver with strong communication skills who thrives in a customer-facing role. You bring a mix of technical know-how and business acumen, and you enjoy working at the intersection of technology and operations.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Accounting, ERP, or Business Management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- SQL knowledge (SQL Server, MySQL, scripting, Admin Studio).
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations (REST, SOAP), and related tools (Postman, SoapUI).
- Exposure to logistics, warehouse management, CRM, e-commerce, or business intelligence systems.
- Background in lumber, building materials, construction, or related industries.
