We're partnering with an Irish-founded, global software company that has been delivering innovative business management solutions for many years. Their cloud ERP platform is purpose-built for the lumber and building materials sector, empowering dealers, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to grow, adapt, and thrive.

As they expand operations across North America, they're seeking a Technical ERP Implementation Consultant to join their growing US-based team. This is a remote position with occasional US travel.

The Role

As a Technical ERP Implementation Consultant, you'll be the technical lead for onboarding new customers onto the company's cloud-based ERP platform. You'll work closely with clients to design, configure, integrate, and migrate data ensuring smooth, on-time project delivery and a successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end ERP implementations, from scoping to go-live.
  • Manage data migration (ETL) from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy of historical and master data.
  • Configure and integrate APIs with third-party platforms, such as eCommerce systems.
  • Develop and customize SQL-based reports and forms.
  • Train customer teams on technical and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver projects on schedule.
  • Provide post-go-live technical support to ensure customer success.

About You

We're looking for a hands-on ERP implementation expert with strong technical skills and a consultative approach.

Requirements:

  • Experience of ERP implementation, focusing on technical aspects.
  • Strong database and integration skills (SQL scripting, APIs, reporting).
  • ETL/ data migration expertise.
  • Comfortable leading client workshops and managing multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed.
  • Experience in the lumber and building materials industry.
